Seen PromptopusBot in your logs?

Someone asked Promptopus to run a free AI readiness check of your site. PromptopusBot made a handful of ordinary requests: your homepage, robots.txt, your sitemap, /llms.txt and, for online shops, one product page. It reads what any visitor’s browser would see, to check whether AI search tools can reach and understand your site. It didn’t log in, fill in forms or add anything to a basket.

Each domain is checked at most once every 24 hours. Exactly what we request is listed on our How we check page, along with how to opt out.
